Your Gateway to Caribbean Business Growth
Your Gateway to Caribbean Business Growth

Culcha House Consulting is a multi-vertical consulting and strategic bridging firm providing international consulting across the Caribbean, including the Cayman Islands and Jamaica. CHC identifies, curates, and introduces strategic partners to clients across entertainment, real estate, hospitality, and finance. Rather than acting as a full-service production or management firm, CHC operates as a network access and deal-origination platform connecting clients with the right opportunities.

Culcha House Consulting was built on a simple premise: the right introduction can move a project forward faster than any service contract. Rather than operating as a full-service production or management firm, CHC functions as a network access and deal-origination platform, working alongside clients to identify and connect them with strategic partners across industries. Our team brings decades of combined experience in entertainment, real estate, and international business development.

We connect clients with production partners, talent networks, and live event infrastructure with a particular focus on festival development and growth. From sponsorship origination to international business development, we help festivals and events access the relationships and resources they need to scale. Our work in this space spans both established and emerging festival platforms.
We identify development partners, builders, and hospitality operators for residential, resort, and mixed-use projects, and introduce clients to capital partners and investment groups to help structure and fund growth stage opportunities. We advise and connect relationships across numerous sectors, with branching opportunities that can be discovered as our clients connect.
We maintain relationships across a growing network of entertainment, media, and consulting platforms, and provide international consulting across the Caribbean, with active relationships in the Cayman Islands and other Caribbean Islands. Our networks also stretch to Los Angeles, New York, Miami, London, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
The Cayman Islands closed 2024 with 437,842 stayover visitors, generating approximately KYD $38.5 million in accommodation tax revenue, an 8% increase year over year. 2025 built on that momentum, with December delivering the highest visitor count in recorded history at 54,830 stayover arrivals, a 5.3% increase year over year. Hotel average daily rates rose 2.8% and revenue per available room increased 3.2% over the same period. Looking further ahead, visitor arrivals are forecast to grow at an average of 6.4% annually through 2029, one of the strongest sustained growth rates in the Caribbean region.
The accommodation pipeline reflects that confidence directly. More than 600 hotel rooms are currently under construction along Seven Mile Beach, with the opening of One GT and the Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort and Spa adding approximately 500 additional bedrooms in 2026. Hotel room inventory is forecast to grow between 5% and 7% annually through 2029, with new developments concentrated in the high-end and luxury segment.

The Cayman Islands real estate market reached USD $1.074 billion in total sales volume in 2025, with an average sale price of USD $1.261 million, a 4.8% increase over 2024. Seven-Mile Beach property values have risen 226% over the past decade, driven by persistent international demand and constrained supply. Foreign nationals face no ownership restrictions and no annual property taxes, making the Cayman Islands one of the most accessible and tax-efficient real estate markets in the world.
The economic foundation underpinning that growth is equally strong. The Cayman Islands financial sector manages over US$16 trillion in assets, representing approximately 32% of US private fund net assets, and the islands serve as a regional headquarters for international firms across banking, law, and finance. A stable British Overseas Territory government, an English common law legal system, and a population now approaching 90,000 high-income residents and professionals continue to support sustained demand across real estate, hospitality, and commercial development.

Culcha House Consulting believes business done well should leave the communities it touches better than it found them. In the Cayman Islands, that means working alongside local organizations doing the everyday work of strengthening the community, from youth development and education programs to environmental stewardship, health services, and support for families in need.

Charitable involvement is not a separate line item for us. Where we help structure partnerships, we look for ways to build in local giving, local hiring, and local sourcing, so that the benefit of a deal reaches beyond the parties at the table.

Born and raised in Grand Cayman, Holland Gray maintains strong ties to the Cayman Islands Government and local business community. He began his career as an operations and customer service manager at DHL, where he developed leadership and communication skills. In 2012, he moved to England, later relocating to Los Angeles in 2021 to expand his international perspective. Holland remains passionate about supporting the Cayman Islands and actively leverages his global network to promote tourism, attract investment, and create opportunities that benefit the local economy.
Holland sees the islands as a jurisdiction capable of competing globally in tourism, entertainment, real estate, and capital investment, and he works to position them accordingly. His focus is on bringing international partners into Cayman in ways that create lasting economic infrastructure rather than one-off transactions, ensuring that growth benefits Caymanians directly through employment, ownership, and long-term opportunity. That perspective, shaped by years abroad and grounded in local roots, drives how he approaches every relationship he brings to the table.
